     Healthy Heart~Healthy Pleasures carries a wide selection of groceries, offering healthy alternatives to most foods you find at a regular grocery store. From healthy beverages, to a huge selection of dry goods, to Susan's Fresh-Baked Treats. We have a little bit of everything! 

We want to be your grocery store, and to that end, we are constantly refining our product selections based on our guidelines:

  • NO Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)    We have made an iron-clad cornmittment to GMO-FREE foods, and assess each and every one of our product lines, eliminating any manufacturers who allow GMOs. To find out more about why we are deeply concerned about the health risks of GM0s, please ask us, and attend one of our many informative classes.

  • Organic                                                                           if at all possible -- and ALWAYS wholesome, nutritious and delicious! We feed ourselves and our children from these shelves.

  • Customer Feedback and Requests                          If you want it, and it's available, and we feel it's a viable product that meets the above criteria, we'll get it for you!

  Come on in and check out our healthy & tasty beverages, including kombucha, juices, coconut water, herbal teas (packaged and in bulk), coffee substitutes, mineral water, and MORE! Our Coffee &Tea section is wonderful, too . 

      We carry local, fresh, whole and mixed-grain sourdough breads from Joe's Sourdough, as well as gluten-free breads in our refrigerated & frozen section. 

     Our pantry is well stocked with canned & bottled dry goods, including the tastiest, highest quality tomatoes, fruits, soups, sauces, salad dressings, not butters, jams and jellies, canned tuna and other seafood and meat.. 

      Healthy Heart's diverse selection of pre-packaged and bulk dry goods & sweeteners will delight you; including a wide variety of flours and grains, cereals, baking mixes, and cooking oils.

 

     Our HUGE selection of flavorings and safe food colorings will enhance your healthy baking. 


We stock turbinado sugar and many other sweeteners, including agave, fructose, and honey from

YS Organic Bee Farm and our very own local providers Honey Hostess LLC and Tierra Verde. 

Our Pre-Packaged & Bulk Spices are exclusively from Frontier Organics. We have some hard-to-find spices such as star anise, ancho, garam masala, whole cardomom, and a wonderful curry blend! 

Our flour selection will blow your mind! From buckwheat to spelt, to everything in between, either packaged, in bulk or in the refrigerator, chances are we have the flour you are looking for! 

On a gluten-free diet? Come in and try our ever-expanding selection of breads, noodles, crackers, cookies and more by Namaste, Glutino, Pamela's, Three Baker's, Food for Life, and Udi's Bakery. We also have complete GF meals in our freezer section for your convenience. 

We are proud to feature baked goods from three local bakers, Susan Anstine-Barr, Hofer Hill, and Magic Moon. We always have cookies, muffins, sweet breads and more, depending on the season. 

And don't forget our delectable array of gourmet chocolates, snacks and treats, including Daniela's Paleo Bars and Gluten-Free Snickerdoodles. 

We carry non-toxic Laundry & Cleaning Supplies.
